 1 cup Water
 500 g Potatoes
 100 g Green peas
 2 Onion fine chopped
 6 green chilies
 2 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
 1 tsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
 1 Pinch of turmeric powder
 1 Pinch of chilli powder
 Oil according to need
 Coriander leaves for garnish

1. The very first step to boil the potatoes and mash them in a good manner.

2.Now take a pan, put a 1 tsp oil, and add chopped onion and green chilies after oil heated until it gets golden brown.

3.After this adds 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and a pinch of turmeric & chili powder.

4.Now keep frying until 1 minute & add mashed potatoes & green peas. Stir thoroughly and mix the lemon juice into it with salt & coriander powder.

5.After mixing the keep them frying until 10 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

1. Take a bowl & add flour into it and add salt into it. Now add 3 tsp oil in flour and mix well.

2.After mixing the flour now squeeze the flour with your hand by adding water & keep them aside waiting for 30 minutes.

3.Now divide the dough into equal balls & make these balls into a flat shape.

4.After this take a flat shape & roll every flat shape into round chapatti & cut into two equal semi parts.

5.Now take the semi-circle and fold it in a triangle pocket with help of water.

6.Now take the mixture that you prepared before to fill it into the triangle pocket and close it with the help of water.

7.After this now take a pan, put an oil according to the requirement so you can easily fry the samosa until it turns golden brown. Now your mouth-watering samosa is ready to serve.

8. If you want more crispy samosa then you add some rice flour into the dough or you can use a little amount of soda in place of rice flour.
