 907.19 g Baby Spinach, washed with steam trimmed
 ¼ cup Ghee or as recipe needs
 ½ pt Cubed paneer
 2 qts Yellow Onion, finely chopped
 3 qts Garlic Cloves, Minced them well
 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger
 1 tsp Curry powder or recipe follows
 ½ cup Butter Milk
 ¼ cup Plain Yogurt
 1 tbsp Salt or as per taste

Firstly you need to place the water into the pot and boil the spinach, cooking until they are perfectly tender.

After boiling the spinach, now squeeze the water out of it by using a muslin cloth or colander. So there is no water present in the boiled spinach. After squeezing now you put aside the spinach.

Now it's time to add ghee in a pan and add cubed panner into it and fry the cubed panner over medium flame for few minutes until it gets lite brown from all the sides. Make sure you gently fry the cubed paneer, so they can't break into pieces. After frying the paneer now you put aside the cubed panner.

Now it's time to take onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan after adding ghee and saute it for around 5 minutes until it turns golden brown color.

After this step, now you sprinkle the mixture with curry powder and stir continuously. Now you need to low the flame and add yogurt & buttermilk into the spinach. Now the mixture you see should be creamy and thick.

Now it's time to add a fried cubed panner into the spinach and add salt as per your taste. After adding the salt, now your saag panner is ready to serve.
