Stuffed cabbage rolls recipe preparation steps to follow:

Best Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Yields8 Servings

  cup white rice (uncooked)
  cup water
 8 Cabbage leaves
 ¼ cup Onion (fine chopped)
 1 egg ( slightly beaten)
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp ground black peeper
 1 Can Tomato soup in condense form
 1 Pound lean ground beef

The very first step take a medium-size saucepan and boil water. After this take rice & stir it, then cover it and waiting for cooking around 20 minutes with reduced flame.

After this take a large saucepan to add some water & salt to boil. Now add cabbage leaves and waiting for 3 to 5 minutes or until the leaves get soft. After when you found cabbage leaves get soften, then drain the water & keep it aside.

Now take a medium-size bowl and mix 1 cup cooked rice, egg, ground beef, onion, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, black pepper & salt as per taste. Mix all these ingredients accordingly, place them aside.

Now take this mixture and divide the beef mixture according to the number of cabbage leaves, so there is the right amount of mixture is placed in every cabbage roll. After rolling the cabbage leaves with the beef mixture now secure them with string or toothpick.

Now take a large skillet, place all cabbage rolls with medium heat, then pour all the remaining tomato sauce over it, now cover it & waiting for cooking around 40 minutes with low heat. Now you find that your stuffed cabbage rolls are ready to use.
