 6 qts medium potatoes
 1 pt Onion, finely chopped
 1 cup Celery, chopped
 1 tsp Salt
 6 qts Eggs, Hard cooked,diced
 2 qts Eggs, beaten
 ½ cup White Sugar
 1 tsp Corn starch
 Salt to taste
 ½ cup Vineger
 1 oz Evaporated Milk (5 Ounce)
 1 tbsp Prepared Yellow Mustard
 ¼ cup Butter
 1 cup Mayonnaise

Take a large pot and placed potatoes into it and fill enough water that covers the potato easily. Now bring them to boil for around 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Then drain, cool, peel & dice. Shift the potatoes into a large bowl & toss them with 1 tsp salt, onion, celery & hard-cooked eggs.

While the potato is cooking, now it's time to whisk the 2 eggs, cornstarch, sugar, salt together in a saucepan. Move the spoon in vinegar, milk & mustard and cook on medium heat until it gets thicked or up to 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and now move the spoon of butter in it. After this, you need to refrigerate it, so it becomes cool then stir into mayonnaise.

Now you easily stir the dressing into the bowl of potato salad in a tender manner until even coated. For the best flavor now you place them to cool for a few hours, before serving.
